for vacation of the ten foot (10') wide property drainage and utility easement located on
portions of Lots 5 and 6, Block 5, Gemtone Center Subdivision #5 for Gemtone Center
Subdivision #5 as it is not the District's easement.
ALL WORK WITHIN NAMPA & MERIDIAN IRRIGATION DISTRICT
