Record of Survey – Property Boundary Adjustment | PN 121097
Dear Planning Staff:
We are pleased to submit the enclosed Property Boundary Adjustment Application for 1256 and 1308 S.
Rackham Way, parcels R6819240210 and R6819230210, within the jurisdiction of the City of Meridian.
The properties are generally located on the east side of S. Rackham Way (east of S. Eagle Rd), north of E.
Overland Rd and south of I-84 Eastbound on-ramp from S. Eagle Rd.
The parcels are part of Oxygen Subdivision No. 2 and
Oxygen Subdivision No. 3, recorded in May 2018.
Oxygen Sub 2 final plat was approved in June 2017
under approval number H-2017-0062. Oxygen Sub 2
was approved in June 2017 under approval number
H-2017-0063.
A previous boundary adjustment of these parcels
and adjacent parcels (not affected by the current
application) was completed in 2018 under approval
number A-2018-0316 and subsequently recorded as
ROS 11595 (instrument number 2018-106281).
This Property Boundary Adjustment will adjust the
existing parcel line separating the two parcels
R6819240210 and R6819230210. The purpose of
the Property Boundary Adjustment is to support
future development.
