Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Section 16 of said Township 3 North, Range 1 East, (from which
point the South One Quarter Corner of said Section 16 bears South 8901417" East, 2665.07 feet
distant);
Thence North 000 40' 46" West, a distance of 1326.95 feet on the West line of said Section 16 to the
