Subject: Property Boundary Adjustment
The applicant, Adler Owner AB V, LLC, is requesting a property boundary adjustment/reduction in
density to revise the subject parcel lines for the development as shown on the included site plan. The
reduction in density is needed to accommodate the facility along with required parking and landscaping.
