The northern two-thirds is the currently under review "Gardner Ahlquist Gateway Subdivision". A Preliminary Plat Application is being submitted in conjunction with this application. The subject site is currently in Ada County and is zone R-1. The applicant is requesting a CG Zone — General Retail and Service Commercial District.
