Dear Planning and Zoning Committee and City Council :
I am a resident who will be directly and negatively impacted by the proposed Centerville Subdivision . With this letter, I
am registering my objection to Engineering Solutions, LLP proposal to rezone the Centerville subdivision, as it conflicts
with the City of Meridian ' s Master Development Plan .
I oppose the Developer' s proposal for the following reasons :
1 ) It conflicts with the City' s vision depicted on its Future Land Use Map .
2 ) It conflicts with the Mission of the Planning Division to advance the quality lifestyle and economy envisioned in
the City of Meridian ' s Comprehensive Plan .
3 ) It will significantly overburden the existing and proposed infrastructure : roads, schools, and the Fire
Department .
Please support the Residents of the surrounding communities and those who worked so diligently on the City' s master
plan by rejecting this proposal . # MyMeridianVision
