We are residents of Woodbridge Subdivision. We are not opposed to all development on the subject property, but ARE
OPPOSED to the development currently proposed for the following reasons:
1) The density of this project will be a major determent to our quality of life in Woodbridge Subdivision. Development
should be limited to the assisted living and the original 55+ project originally proposed.
2) Roads are not adequate to support the density of the latest proposal and "cut through" traffic on Woodbridge
through our subdivision would create an extremely dangerous situation for us. This traffic is already bad, but a project of
this magnitude would create a nightmare.
3) Apparently this developer does not want to follow setback requirements as they currently exist. This should not be
allowed.
We are unable to attend the meeting this evening. Please consider our comments and protect our quality of life here in
our great city.
