My name is Jerry Colivas and my wife Diane and I live in Woodbridge sub at 515 S. Thornwood Way. We would not be in
favor of this project due to the already large number of cars that drive by our house every day. Most of these cars are
cutting through our subdivision for a short cut. This new proposed development would make this much worse.
Although we don’t live on Woodhaven which would be directly behind the proposed houses, I am sure the people that
do live there do not want 2 story buildings looking over the fence. Overall bad idea. Please pass this message along for
City council meeting tomorrow.
