Dear Council Members,
I am a Woodbridge homeowner, 714 S Woodhaven Ave. My property backs up directly to the proposed development.
I do NOT want two story homes at my fence line. I am concerned about the distance between my home and one being
built behind me and the space between them.
I was told that the property behind my home was slated for medical use and light office space, this seems to no longer
be in the plan. The density of this development will add to our already heavy traffic issues we have in our
neighborhood.
I ask that when writing the Development Agreement that these be added:
The homes on the fence line be spaced so that we do not have two homes directly behind us. That these homes be one
story.
The setbacks be at least 13’ for any two story homes (again do not want two story homes) and 27’ for the single story
homes that would be built on the fence line.
Also that the Assisted Living Facility not be allowed to be single family apartments.
I am NOT in favor of this development.
