Linder Rd, Eagle; and consists of approximately 34.31 acres within the Rural-Urban Transition (RUT);
Section 36, T. 5N, R. 1W.

2. 202101622 CU-MSP, TINA BUTCHER:
A conditional use and master site plan application for a contractor’s yard/shop for a tree service business.
The property is located at 8184 S. Stewart Road, Meridian; and consist of approximately 11.50 acres
within the Rural-Urban Transition (RUT) District; Section 9, T. 2N, R. 1E.

3. 202101703 ZC-DA-MSP-PBA, RILEY PLANNING SERVICES:
A zoning ordinance map amendment and development agreement requesting approval to rezone
approximately 5.0 acres from the Rural-Urban Transition (RUT) District to the Limited Industrial (M1)
District along with a development agreement. Also, a master site plan to expand an approved outdoor
storage facility and a property boundary adjustment to adjust the common property boundary between
two (2) parcels. The property is located at 5445 and 5589 W. Franklin Road and contains approximately
19.60 acres within the Limited Industrial (M1) and Rural-Urban Transition (RUT) Districts; Section 16,
T. 3N, R. 1W.
