Dear Planning and Zoning Committee and City Council, I am writing this email to oppose the developers proposal for the Centerville Subdivision AZ, PP H-2021-0046. Please see attached letter which expresses my reasoning for the opposition. Please support me and those who worked so hard on the City’s master plan by rejecting their proposal. Hillsdale Avenue,at the SE corner of S.Hillsdale Ave,and E.Amity Rd. Dear Planning and Zoning Committee and City Council, I am a resident that will be negatively impacted by the proposed C cnterr ille Subdivision. By signing this letter,I am letting you know that I oppose Engineering Solutions,LLP proposal to rezone the Centerville subdivision because it is in conflict with the City of Meridian's Master Development Plan. I oppose the developer's proposal for the following reasons: 1. It is in conflict with the City's vision depicted on its Future Land Use Map. 2. It is in conflict with the mission of the Planning Division to advance the quality lifestyle and economy envisioned in the City of Meridian's Comprehensive Plan 3. It will significantly overburden the existing and proposed infrastructure,such as roads,schools and fire departments.
