Dear Zoning and Planning Commission and City Council,
Thank you for reading and including my comments regarding the proposed Centerville subdivision and how it will
negatively effect the areas quality of life.
I am a resident adjoining the property in question. The proposed rezoning of the land parcel to accommodate the
developer will have a detrimental impact to adjoining neighborhoods. In addition it is in conflict with the City of
Meridian’s Master development plan.
I oppose the developers proposal for these reasons:
1.it is in conflict with the city’s vision depicted on its Future Land Use Map.
2.it is in conflict with the mission of the planning division to advance the quality lifestyle and economy envisioned in the
City of Meridian’s Comprehensive Plan
3.it will significantly overburden the existing and proposed infrastructure , such as roads, schools, and fire departments.
Please support myself and those who worked so diligently on the city’s master plan by rejecting the developer’s
proposal . # My Meridian Vision
