Link to Application: https://bit.ly/H-2021-0046 Dear Planning and Zoning Committee and City Council: 1 am a resident who will be directly and negatively impacted by the proposed Centerville Subdivision. With this letter, I am registering my objection to Engineering Solutions, LLP proposal to rezone the Centerville subdivision,as it conflicts with the City of Meridian's Master Development Plan. I oppose the Developer's proposal for the following reasons: 1) It conflicts with the City's vision depicted on its Future Land Use Map. 2) It conflicts with the Mission of the Planning Division to advance the quality lifestyle and economy envisioned in the City of Meridian's Comprehensive Plan. 3) It will significantly overburden the existing and proposed infrastructure: roads,schools, and the Fire Department.
