This email is to express our concern for the subdivision going in on the property located at the corner of W. Amity Road
and S. Hillsdale Ave.
My wife and I are residents of the Hillsdale Creek subdivision (we live at 4354 E. Westport Ct) and are NOT in favor of the
plan as it currently stands. We feel the city should stick to its original plan of medium density housing - and not medium-
high density as is outlined by the current plan. We also have concerns of the quality of craftsmanship from the builder
and think it would be wise to open the subdivision to more builders.
The current plan will have a density of 8.4 dwelling units per acre - we feel this is twice as high as it should be. At the
very least the gross density should match the subdivisions immediately around this proposed subdivision.
