space on lots 26, 27, 28 and 29 of the proposed Devon Park Sub, No.3. The modification

Dear Property Owners:
The City of Meridian zoning ordinance requires that a pre -application meeting between
the applicant of a development proposal and the residents of the neighborhood in which
the development site is located be held for open discussion prior to submittal of the
application to the City of Meridian. Fairview Lakes is proposing to rezone Devon Park
No. 3 to General Commercial. Devon Park No. 3 is the office park located behind the
Hastings. The south half of the subdivision is currently zoned general commercial, but we
are requesting the north half to be included. The purpose of the rezone is to allow flex
space in the office complex which could include small show room space and storage. The
architectural design of the buildings will be complimentary to the existing office
buildings in phase I. All of the conditions of approval for the office complex will remain
in place..
When: May 1, 2007
Time: 6:00 P.M.
Where: The meeting will be held on site.

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-5A-5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten 0 0) days prior to the hearing.
The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property
under consideration.
The applicant shall submit proof of property posting in the form of a notarized statement and a
photograph of the posting to the City no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing
attesting to where and when the sign(s) were posted. Unless such Certificate is received by the
required date, the hearing will be continued.
