Good afternoon,
If this development is approved as it currently is portrayed, there will be no turning back from the negative
impact it will have on our small roads, schools that have been at capacity, fire and rescue response times (as
evidenced by the house fire in Century Farms), increased traffic congestion, etc. The current development is
putting 3+ times as many homes into a space where Hillsdale Creek neighborhood has 100 homes. High
density developments do not belong on Amity in this area. We are hoping for a revision of this project to low-
or medium-density. I hope the City considers the irreversible impact of all of this if approved. Please make
the decision to lower the density, or relocate the high-density development to a location where it makes
sense.
