Good Morning,
I live in the Century Farms community. I chose this neighborhood because it matches the medium density housing. I've
lived in a congested area and I have experienced how it impacts the quality of life for everyone.
I received a notice from our surrounding neighbors notifying our household of a Centerville Subdivision that would
include a 168 unit apartment complex three stories high, 35 high density townhomes, 79 single family dwelling units, 45
medium density single family homes. This would add 327 households. This would be called high density housing not
consistent with surrounding communities.
I oppose this due to the impact it will have on our community of medium density housing that is consistent with the
surrounding area.
