Hello,
I am not able to make the P&Z meeting as my husband works evenings and I'm home with my children, but I wanted to
join the many voices that oppose Centerville. We all know that the land will be developed, but we just want it to stick
with the original use--not high density.
The lack of infrastructure, schools, roads, etc. in this area is a shame. I moved from Meridian around Locust Grove and
Franklin to buy a bigger house that my family would grow into so we bought a home in Century Farm. I had no idea that
the growth of housing would so outpace things like roads, water, and availability of education without overcrowding.
You can do your part in slowing things down a little by not allowing this very tightly-packed neighborhood to be built in
an area that is already suffering due to lack of infrastructure.
