NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the
City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian,
Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 2021
for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following ap-
plications:
Riley Planning Services for a Development Agreement
Modification to amend the draft agreement approved with
Horse Meadows Rezone and Preliminary Plat (H-2020-0060)
for Horse Meadows MDA (H-2021-0050), located at 710 N.
Black Cat Rd.
ULC Management, LLC for a Short Plat consisting of 2
buildable lots on 0.4 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district for
Creason Creek Subdivision No. 3 (SHP-2021-0003), located
on the east side of N. Linder Rd., south of W. Ustick Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date. Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written testi-
mony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hear-
ing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broad-
way Ave, Suite 104, Meridian, ID, 83642; by email to cityclerk@
meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by texting
“Comment” to 31996. All testimony and materials received or
presented become property of the City of Meridian as public
records and are subject to the provisions of the Idaho Pub-
lic Records Law. Application materials are subject to change
throughout the public hearing process, and it is incumbent on
interested persons to monitor changes by following the process
in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
