Subject:Opposition to Centerville Subdivision

My husband and I reside at 12596 W. Macumbo St. in Rockhampton 1 subdivision. We are in strong opposition to CBH
proposal for Centerville Subdivision. We believe this development is counter to Meridian's FLUM and Comprehensive
plan and will not be beneficial to this community.
Our area is already stressed, experiencing power issues, irrigation shortage, high traffic density and incredibly over-
crowded schools.
Moreover, this proposal does not fit with current low density single family dwelling neighborhoods already existing in
this area. Please do not pass this proposal before there are adequate (and developed) emergency services and more
schools in this area.
Thank you for your time and efforts in building up our community. Please take in further consideration of this proposal
and approve only what is feasible for our area.
