Dear Planning and Zoning Committee and City Council,
I am a resident who will be negatively impacted by the proposed Centerville subdivision. Please see attached for details.
By sending this email, I am letting you know that I oppose Engineering Solutions, LLP proposal to rezone the Centerville
subdivision because it is in conflict with the City of Meridian's Master Development Plan.
I oppose for the following reasons:
1. It conflicts with the City's vision depicted in the Future Land Use Map.
2. It is in conflict with the mission of the Planning Division to advance the quality lifestyle and economy envisioned in the
City of Meridian's Comprehensive Plan.
3. It will significantly overburden the existing and proposed infrastructure, such as roads, schools, and fire departments.
Please support me and those who worked so hard on the City's Master Plan by rejecting this proposal.
