Planning & Zoning Committee members:
Please note that the attached 11 letters are signed by residents of Rockhamption 1 subdivision. I personally visited with
over 100 residents and all have concerns about the following:
1) density. There will be an overwhelming impact on fire, schools, police, traffic
2) conflict of vision. This proposal does not comply with Meridian's own Comprehensive Plan.
We would suggest that a reduction of density would better suit this entire area around Amity Rd and Hillsdale
Ave. Please consider our requests.

I am a resident that will be negatively impacted by the proposed Centerville
Subdivision. By signing this letter, I am letting you know that I oppose Engineering
Solutions,LLP proposal to rezone the Centerville subdivision because it is in conflict
with the City of Meridian's Master Development Plan.
I oppose the developer's proposal foi-the following reasons:
L It is in conflict with the City's vision depicted on its Future Land Use Map.
2. It is in conflict with the mission of the Planning Division to advance the quality
lifestyle and economy envisioned in the City of Meridian's Comprehensive Plan
3. It will significantly overburden the existing and proposed infrastructure, such as
roads, schools and fire departments.
