Dear Planning and Zoning Committee and City Council , 1 am a resident that will be negatively impacted by the proposed Centerville Subdivision . By signing this letter, I am letting you know that I oppose Engineering Solutions , LLP proposal to rezone the Centerville subdivision because it is in conflict with the City of Meridian ' s Master Development Plan . I oppose the developer' s proposal for the following reasons : 1 . It is in conflict with the City's vision depicted on its Future Land Use Map . 2 . It is in conflict with the mission of the Planning Division to advance the quality lifestyle and economy envisioned in the City of Meridian ' s Comprehensive Plan 3 . It will significantly overburden the existing and proposed infrastructure , such as roads , schools and fire departments .
