The City Engineer, Warren Stewart, has signed the plat for the above project and I am
forwarding it to you for your signature. Based on our research of the project files, all
conditions imposed by the Public Works Department, the Planning Department and City
Council have been met. Surety is not required as all infrastructure associated with this plat is
comple . The plat was approved by action of the City Council at its regular meeting held on
the may of February, 2009.
