Dear Planning and Zoning Committee and City Council,
I am a resident that will be negatively impacted by the proposed Centerville Subdivision.
By signing this letter, I am letting you know that I oppose Engineering Solutions, LLP
proposal to rezone the Centerville subdivision because it is in conflict with the City of
Meridian's Master Development Plan.
I oppose the developer's proposal for the following reasons:
1. IT is in conflict with the City's vision depicted on it Future Land Use Map.
2. It is in conflict with the mission of the Planning Division to advance the quality
lifestyle and economy envisioned in the City of Meridian's Comprehensive Plan.
3. It will significantly overburden the existing and proposed infrastructure, such as
roads, schools, and fire department.
Please support me and those who worked so hard on the City's master plan by
rejecting their proposal. #MyMeridianVision
