Hello
I am a resident that will be negatively impacted by the proposed Centerville Subdivision. It is in conflict with the City of
Meridian’s Master Development Plan for the following reasons.
- it’s in conflict with the City’s vision depicted on its Future Land Use Map
- it’s in conflict with the mission of the Planning Division to advance the quality lifestyle and economy envisioned in the
City’s Comprehensive Plan
- it will significantly overburden the existing and proposed infrastructure such as roads, schools and fire department
I hope the plans will be reduced to medium density housing matching the surrounding neighborhoods.
