In addition, we feel such a diversion from the Meridian Master Development Plan would likely have a negative effect on property values of the surrounding neighborhoods; thus impacting both Meridian and Boise property owners. By signing this letter, I am letting you know that I oppose Engineering Solutions, LLP proposal to rezone the Centerville subdivision because it is in conflict with the City of Meridian's Master Development Plan. oppose the developer's proposal for the following reasons: 1. It is in conflict with the City's vision depicted on its Future Land Use Map. 2_ It is in conflict with the mission of the Planning Division to advance the quality lifestyle and econorny envisioned in the City of Meridian's Comprehensive Plan 3. It will significantly overburden the existing and proposed infrastructure, such as roads, schools and fire departments.
