Dear planning and zoning committee and city council,
I am a resident that will be negatively impacted by the proposed Centerville subdivision. By signing this letter, I am
letting you know that I oppose engineering solutions, LLP proposal to reserve on the Centerville subdivision because it is
in conflict with the city of meridians master development plan. I oppose the developers proposal for the reasons shown:
it is in conflict with the cities vision depicted on its future land-use map. It is in conflict with the mission of the planning
division to advance the quality lifestyle and economy and efficient in the city of meridians comprehensive plan. It will
significantly overburden the existing and proposed infrastructure, such as roads, schools and fire departments. Please
support me in those who worked so hard on the cities master plan by rejecting this proposing.
