The storm drainage is being retained onsite. This is acceptable to Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District. The pressure irrigation appears to be up to Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's standards. Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District is not operating this system. There is a question about the point of delivery that must be addressed, as the change of the point of delivery is not acceptable. There is also a question concerning an encroachment of the Creason's easement. If this easement is intended for anything other than maintenance then it is unacceptable. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at 466-0663. Thank you, Bill Henson Asst.
