Dear Sir or Madam:
As provided for under Idaho Code Sections 50-2907 and 63-215, and Rule 225 of the Property Tax
Administrative Rules IDAPA 35.01.03.225.02, you are being provided copies of the following recorded
documents for filing:
1. Meridian City Council Ordinance No. 21-1933 and Summary of Ordinance No. 21-1933
(including exhibits) approving the Second Amendment to the Meridian Revitalization Plan Urban Renewal
Project (the “Second Amendment”), which Second Amendment amends the existing Project Area to deannex
two distinct geographic areas consisting of approximately 77 acres and 1.46 acres (including right-of-
way). The City Council approved the Ordinance at its meeting of July 13, 2021. The Mayor signed the
Ordinance on July 13, 2021. Publication of the Ordinance Summary in the Meridian Press occurred on July 23,
2021.
2. Recorded under separate cover, the legal descriptions of the boundaries of the two areas
deannexed from the existing Meridian Revitalization Plan Urban Renewal Project Area /revenue allocation area
of record with the State Tax Commission, together with the maps showing the boundaries of the two areas
deannexed from the existing Meridian Revitalization Plan Urban Renewal Project Area /revenue allocation area
of record with the State Tax Commission.
