Dear Sir or Madam:
Attached please find a recorded copy of Ordinance No. 21-1933 (including exhibits) adopting the Second
Amendment to the Meridian Revitalization Plan Urban Renewal Project (the “Second Amendment”) approved
by the City of Meridian City Council on July 13, 2021, signed by the Mayor of the City of Meridian on July 13,
2021. Publication of the Ordinance Summary in the Meridian Press occurred on July 23, 2021. A copy of the
published summary is also attached.
There were no substantive changes to the Second Amendment from the copy transmitted to you on or about
May 18, 2021, and as supplemented by circulation of the surveyed maps and legal descriptions of the de-
annexed areas (Attachment 1B and Attachment 2B to the Second Amendment) on June 14, 2021.
As set forth in Idaho Code Section 50-2907, you are also being provided a separate recorded copy of the legal
descriptions of the boundaries of the two distinct geographic areas de-annexed from the existing Meridian
Revitalization Plan Urban Renewal Project Area /revenue allocation area of record with the State Tax
Commission together with copies of the maps indicating the boundaries of the two de-annexed areas.
Copies of all documents, including the Second Amendment and its attachments, can be obtained from the
offices of the City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, 83642, online here, and/or are available on
Meridian Development Corp.’s website: https://www.meridiandevelopmentcorp.com.
