Re: Cammann Park Subdivision
Attn: Meridian City Council.
The purpose of the proposed short plat is to divide an existing parcel into two Lots to divide the
ownership. The division will led to the developing of an existing vacant parcel. Both lots will share the
existing access onto Cherry Lane and no additional access will be created. The plat includes cross access
easement, so even though the land will be divided the vehicular travel will function as one office park.
Lot #1 includes an existing dental office and a second dental office is proposed on Lot#2. An existing
wooden fence separates the office area from the residential area.
The site plan has been approved through the certification of zoning compliance process. Dividing the
property will not violate either City Fire or Building Code requirements.
