Regarding: -Tree Mitiga ion for Centerville Subdivision
I have visited the site at 5200 S Hillsdale Ave Meridian, ID 83642 reviewed pictures/images of the
property prior to demolition, and the plans and the topographic survey for the Centerville Subdivision
Development project and in compliance with the Tree Preservation Code 11-313-10 I have compiled the
Required Tree Mitigation for the Landscape Improvement Plan,please see below;
• 3 (three)Total Trees fit the standards for Meridian City Code and require Tree Mitigation
• I (one)Conifer/Evergreen species=30"DBH
• 2(two)Deciduous Species=22" DBH& 14"DBH
• Total tree mitigation necessary for trees that were removed=66 inches
66"DBH Total Tree Mil'igation re uired for this rro'ect.
