Project Description The applicant and owner Primeland Investment Group, LLC, is proposing to subdivide property located southeast of the intersection of W. McMillan Road and N. Ten Mile Road which is a Portion of the already approved Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No. 7 Final Plat. Location The subject lots are located in, Section 35, Township 4N, Range 1 W. The property consists of Lots 66 — 70, Block 10 of the Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No. 7. Site Design The applicant is proposing eight building lots on approximately 6.0 acres. The property will be accessed from N Ten Mile Road through W Quintale Drive and the proposed streets of W Capri Street and N Alba Avenue. There are existing water, pressure irrigation and sewer services on the property and additional services will be installed to accommodate all the lots. The additional services can be seen on the engineering plans accompanying this submittal. The major utility improvements include the installation of a sewer manhole to an existing sewer line and a new 8" water main in W Capri Street. All street centerline elevations are set a minimum of three feet above the highest established normal groundwater elevation. Conclusion The applicant is asking the City of Meridian to review a final plat application for the Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No. 16. To the best of my knowledge this final plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and meets all requirements or conditions thereof.
