I recently purchased my house in Hillsdale near Amity and Hillsdale Ave based on the city plan of how the area would be
built.
Changing the plan now to allow this developer to put in high density housing is a bait and switch and does not support
the plan and expectation for our community.
This community is not built with the infrastructure for high density housing. The streets and schools are not available for
supporting high density housing.
The things are stretched enough; adding high density is insult to injury and it will cause a reduction of all the community
value.
Please reject their requested plan to change the city plan that was established already at the time of initial development
of the Century Farm and Hillsdale neighborhoods.
