We just wanted to share our opinion on the new Oasis Nightclub that is being considered in Meridian.
We are NOT in favor of this being built on the Eagle/Ustick location.
We live very nearby & the extra traffic, parking issues, & noise would not be something we would
appreciate going on close by our home. We use many of the local businesses, i.e., Kohl's, Hobby
Lobby, Walgreen's, and this Nightclub traffic would only increase the number of cars & traffic issues
that we are already burdened with.
We believe you will be presented with more statistics on this matter at this evening's meeting.
We feel that this venue would do much better at another location away from residential
neighborhoods.
