I'm writing in opposition to the Oasis Nightclub planned for three corner of Ustick and Eagle. I lived near this area and
have deep concerns about a nightclub so near residential areas. While using this area for business purposes makes
sense, a nightclub introduces an entirely different element close to residential areas. I request that the city council
reconsider this development at this location, due to the adverse impact it will likely have on the nearby residences.
