All applications are required to contain one electronic copy of each of the following with the applicable naming convention: Applicant (√) Description Staff (√) Completed and signed Development Review Application Development Review Application Narrative fully describing the requested property boundary adjustment Narrative Legal description (metes and bounds) of the new property boundaries and closure sheet PBA Legal Description Recorded warranty deed for the subject property Warranty Deeds Affidavit of Legal Interest signed and notarized by the property owner (If owner is a corporation, submit a copy of the Articles of Incorporation or other evidence to show that the person signing is an authorized agent) Affidavit of Legal Interest Scaled vicinity map showing the location of the subject property Vicinity Map Existing recorded plat in which the subject property lies (8 ½” x 11”) (if applicable) Recorded Plat(s) Existing Record of Surveys used and/or referenced (8 ½” x 11”) Existing ROS(s) Submit Record of Survey in pdf format submitted on a disk with the files named with project name and plan type. ROS Address/Parcel Verification Request must be submitted via the following URL: https://citizenportal.meridiancity.org/CitizenAcces s/Default.aspx Once verified, insert the Address Verification Record ID (LDAV #) here ______________. LDAV Fee (The fee will be assessed once all checklist items have been verified.) For new public utility construction (water, sewer, reclaimed water) applicants are required to submit: Submit a PDF version of conceptual engineering plans, including pipe sizes and profiles Public Utility Plan (Autocad file of the conceptual engineering plans in a format that complies with the specifications for project Drawings found at: https://meridiancity.org/land/Auto%20CAD%20St andards%202018.pdf Autocad file Property boundary adjustments are allowed for the adjustment of property lines between existing properties, and to allow for the reduction in the number of buildable lots.
