Broadway Ave. Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Property Boundary Adjustment On behalf of Yev Chernish, we are pleased to submit this Letter of Intent and attached applications and supporting documents for the proposed Property Boundary Adjustment. The total property comprises of approximately 0.172 acres and is located north of and fronts on E. Ada St. Details on the existing individual property comprising the project is as follows: Address Parcel Number Acreage 218 E. Ada St. R1039010125 0.19 This property is located within City of Meridian and carries the O-T zoning designation. The attached Record of Survey offers 2 lots. Lot 1 will take direct access from E. Ada St. and lot 2 will take access from E. Ada St. via the proposed ingress egress easement. The lot sizes are as follows: Lot 1 at 0.116 acres more or less and lot 2 at 0.057 acres more or less. The subject properties irrigation is served by the Nampa Meridian Irrigation District and will continue to be served by such. This Property Boundary Adjustment will not create excessive additional requirements at public expense. Additional services will be supported by property taxes and/or fees paid directly to service providers. There is no known health, safety, or environmental issues that currently exist or that will exist as a result of this development.
