This letter is to confirm that the Director tentatively approved the application you submitted £or a property
boundary adjustmentapplication £or the subject property.
In accord with UDC 11-6B-8Q2, the applicant or owner shall have one year to complete the following tasks:
a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded;
b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as approved;
c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers £rom the Ada County Assessor; and
d. Provide a copy of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and Land Records Parcel Activity Form
£rom the Ada County Assessor's Office for the new tax parcel numbers to the Director.
Upon determination by the Director that the £nal property boundary adjustment is in conformance with UDC 11-
6B-8, aletter of approval will be issued. If you should have any further questions regarding this matter, please
