ACHD approved our civil engineering plans for Sky Mesa Highlands No. 1 without the sidewalk since ACHD has an upcoming project to widen Eagle Road for 2 additional driving lanes. Our Plan Reviewer at ACHD is Regina Cunningham and she can be reached if any questions: Regina Cunningham Development Review Services (208) 387-6393 rcunning@achdidaho.org Regina advised me by phone to provide the web link for project information and said it didn’t make sense to have us build the sidewalk when the ACHD project would have to remove any sidewalk we build. To my understanding, the project is in the planning and pre-construction stages.
