To answer your questions
1) Sky Mesa Development was required to provide a Road Trust(s) in lieu of completing the public improvement
requirements adjacent to the segments of Eagle Rd. and Lake Hazel Rd. within the Sky Mesa Highlands plat limits
due to the pending ACHD Roadway/Intersection projects scheduled for 2023.
2) Road Trusts were paid April 2021.
WE are currently working with the developer to do the same for the segment of Eagle Rd. adjacent to the Sky Mesa 4
project site.

Hi Regina,
Sonya is out of town for a couple weeks on vacation so I am taking over one of her administrative projects, the
landscape plan modification for Sky Mesa Highlands (northwest corner of Eagle and Lake Hazel). I am triple verifying: 1)

that you, ACHD, are not requiring them to construct the sidewalk along these roads, and; 2) wondering if the
developer/applicant is required to put up any money towards that and if they have or have not at this time.
We would love some kind of email confirmation or documentation showing proof of these items.
