Updates: Details #3 & #4 on L100 have been revised. Description: Berm Modifications Updates: Berm along Eagle Rd has been adjusted per roadway construction. A 4’ retaining wall has been added along a portion of the back of the residences along Eagle Rd. The berm now extends from that retaining wall 25’ towards Eagle Rd. There is no longer a sidewalk. After the berm is the ACHD Buffer which will be sodded per field conditions up to Eagle Rd. The plantings in the berm along Eagle Rd have been adjusted. Description: Existing residence on site. Updates: All landscaping (trees & shrubs) in front of existing residence along Eagle Rd will be preserved and protected. Plans no longer show sod and a sidewalk in front of existing residence. Description: Seepage beds / drainage structures & features were adjusted / removed / added Updates: Lot 13 block 2 added common lot with seepage bed. Lot 49 block 1 seepage bed was adjusted. Lot 1 block 2 seepage bed was adjusted. Lot 1 block 1 seepage bed added. Lot 20 block 1 added seepage bed. Lot 29 block 1 seepage bed adjusted. Lot 11 block 1 added seepage bed. Lot 29 block 1 added (1) Class II tree. Lot 14 block 3 removed (2) Class II trees due to the sq’ being adjusted. Lot 38 block 1 added (3) trees, replaced some deciduous with evergreens. South Eagle Road removed (10) trees due to lot adjustment due to road construction. Note: All proposed changes conform with the approved project’s conditions of approval and all applicable requirements of the UDC.
