This proposal is nothing but Developer Greed.
8.4 dwellings per acre? NO! There is already side by side track homes all along Amity and its a disgrace to the valley.
I want homes for people that will live here for 20 to 30 years. Not just transits moving in to pay outlandish rent to a
greedy developer! There should be room enough for a 25 foot long double garage where a long bed 1 tone truck can
park with room to walk around at each end. There should be no less than 10 feet on each side of the home and no less
than 30 feet deep for a backyard. The lots proposed are just too small ! The current track homes are ugly and a fire
hazerd to everyone. One home goes up in flames and everyone loses their home, savings, possessions and are left with a
huge mortgage that they can never pay. I want to be proud of my community and this proposal sucks.
