Subject:I oppose the oasis night club development

Dear city council,
Please do not allow this development. It has no place near a residential neighborhood with extremely limited parking
spaces. The surrounding neighborhood will be forced to absorb all of the noise pollution and drunken behavior that will
almost certainly accompany it. This development also has no business being built in a family friendly city and will bring
down the property value of the surrounding houses. I and my family will stop frequenting the nearby businesses
because I don’t feel comfortable being in close proximity to the night club and potential drunk drivers on an already
overcrowded Eagle Rd. Thank you for your time and consideration.
