This is Jon Hoeger. I'm one of the citizens concerned about the proposed nightclub on the corner of
Ustick and Eagle Rd. We spoke a couple of months ago and you were kind enough to answer some
questions I had about the process of the hearings and appeal.
I heard from a friend that you may have a work conflict for next week on the 20th and I wanted to ask if
there is a way for you to participate remotely with zoom? If not, would it make sense for us to request
to reschedule the appeal hearing? I feel like this is an important hearing and wouldn't want to proceed
without all of the members of the council having a chance to weigh in.
