To Whom It May Concern -
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District Barker Lateral is close to the above
referenced area. The Barker Lateral easement must be protected, even though
the facility is underground.
Any encroachment within the District's easement requires a license agreement
with Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District Board of Directors approval.
Please have the developer send more detailed plans for further review and
approval.

This project shall be reviewed by the Idaho Department of Water Resources concerning well construction and
