Watertower, Ste. 202 Meridian, ID 83642 HORROCKS E N G I N E E R S RE: Gardner-Ahlquist Subdivision No. 2 Request for Vacation of Public Utility Easement To Whom It May Concern: Idaho Office Tel: 208.463.4197 Fax: 208.463.7561 Horrocks Engineers, on behalf of Gardner-Ahlquist Development is requesting vacation of a 10 ft. wide public utility, drainage, and pressure irrigation easement on the southern perimeter of lots 7 and 8, Block 3 of the Gardner-Ahlquist Gateway Subdivision No. 2 as recorded in Book 101, Page 13370 records of Ada County. This property is located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, T3N, R1E, B.M, Meridian, Ada County. The purpose of the proposed vacation is to accommodate possible building expansion on the south side of the medical office buildings on Lots 7 and 8, Block 3 to house medical equipment necessary for medical practice. Any proposed changes to the approved buildings will be submitted to the City for review and approval. This easement consists of approximately 6,100 square feet or 0.14 acres along the southern perimeter of Lots 7 and 8, Block 3. There are currently no public utilities located in this easement. Public utilities are located in additional designated easements throughout the subdivision and also south of Gardner-Ahlquist Gateway Subdivision in E. St. Lukes St. All affected parcels are currently owned by Meridian Medical, LLC.
