Can you provide a little clarity on Public Works Site Specific condition #3? A specific type of easement? Can you be a
little more specific with the location? It’s not immediately clear to me what you mean by “the northeast portion of this
phase.”
Planning Division Site Specific Condition #5a:
Our proposed final plat includes a landscape easement along both E. Crescendo Street and S. Apex Avenue. We are
proposing trees and lawn within the proposed landscape easement; but because we are also proposing off-street
parking along both streets, we are not proposing to install shrubs within the easement area. Would this be something
that could be accomplished through the alternative compliance process? If so, we request that the condition be
modified to allow us to go through that process.
