HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC - Narrative HORROCKS E N G I N E E R S June 16, 2021 Meridian City Planning Division 33 E Broadway Ave Suite 102 Meridian, ID 83642 SUBJECT: Victory Commons Easement Vacation Dear Meridian City Planning Division: On behalf of BVA Development and Kuna Victory LLC we are submitting this request to vacate a PUDI Easement located within Victory Commons which is at the intersection of S. Meridian Road (Hwy 69) and E. Victory Road. A PUDI easement currently exists which had been used exclusively by Nampa Meridian Irrigation District. Irrigation has been rerouted as part of the project improvements making this PUDI easement no longer needed. Attached to this application is a vicinity map showing the project site and an exhibit showing the easement location. A pre-app meeting with Alan Tiefenbach was held on November 25, 2020. Per the pre-app meeting, letters of relinquishment have been obtained from Century Link, Nampa Meridian Irrigation District, Idaho Power, Intermountain Gas, and Spark Light, all of whom are affected by the proposed vacation.This application is coming in now due to a delay in the rerouting of irrigation and NMID needing that to be complete before issuing a letter of relinquishment.
